Soudal Hand Held Expanding Foam are one-component polyurethane (PU) fillers designed for DIY and trade gap-filling, insulation, and bonding without requiring a separate applicator gun.
General all purpose filling of holes, gaps and joints.
Adheres to all common building materials, resistant to water, heat and ageing. Can be cut, sanded, plastered and painted after full cure.
Re-usable up to 6 weeks, the Genius Gun applicator enables high precision, single handed use.
Ideally suited for the installation of doors and windows, the sealing of pipe penetrations and for the creation of sound-proof sealing, Free of CFC’s and HCFC’s.
Very low emission value once fully cured.
Applications:
Filling of cavities.
Sealing of all openings in roof constructions.
Apply of an acoustic baffle.
Improving thermal isolation in cooling systems.

How to use
Shake the can for at least 30 seconds before use. Open the cover and fold the tube horizontally. Hold the can upside down and extrude the foam. Gaps are to be filled by approx. 1/3. Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Application temperature: + 5°C – + 30°C. For storage: detach the bung, close nozzle with bung, close the cap and store can upright.
